Interesting the Museum states: “An agreement was made between Bill Smith and The Campbell family that the restoration of Bluebird K7 would be a charitable project, using The Ruskin Museum’s status as a registered Charity to raise money from the public via donations," Was this the case? I may be wrong but I don't recall the Ruskin's charitable status being used in the context of donations made to BBP. To do so would have required a fundraising agreement, and would have also provided for many donations to be topped up by Gift Aid, which could have increased their value by a third.
Are funds needed to assist with getting the whole thing settled? If so I don't have much, but a whole lot of not much makes a lot?
